Olasunkanmi (Olas) Adediran is the founder and serves as the Executive Director of Zion Community Services, providing executive leadership, operational oversight, and ensuring the organization’s systems, programs, and services are efficient, accountable, and scalable. Ola brings a strong background in information technology, data analysis, and business operations, with experience spanning database administration, business operations analysis, and data-driven problem solving. His professional background includes working with complex datasets, optimizing workflows, troubleshooting systems, and translating technical information into actionable insights that improve organizational performance. This technical foundation directly informs his leadership at Zion. Ola applies a systems-thinking approach to nonprofit management, strengthening internal processes, improving data tracking and reporting, supporting compliance, and building operational structures that allow services to be delivered clearly and consistently. His ability to bridge technology, operations, and service delivery helps ensure Zion remains organized, responsive, and positioned for sustainable growth. As Executive Director and board member, Ola works closely with the Board of Directors to implement strategic priorities, oversee daily operations, and maintain high standards of accountability and transparency across the organization. Outside of his professional work, Ola enjoys playing and following soccer. His passion for the sport reflects his belief in teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, values that strongly shape his leadership style and commitment to community impact.
